Impact of Time Perspective on Psychological Well Being in Married Couples

The study aimed to know The Impact of Time Perspective on Psychological Well-being in Married Couples with the help of two tools i.e. Zimbardo’s Time Perspective Inventory (ZTPI) and Ryff’s Psychological Well Being Scale (PWB).
ZTPI was established by Dr. Philip Zimbardo. Ryff’s Psychological Well-being
Scale was developed by Dr. Carol Ryff. The scales were given to 60 married
couples after giving instructions to them. 30 married couples were taken from Public sector and another 30 married couples were taken from Private sector,
both belonging to the age group of 40 years to 45 years. After collecting the
data proper statistical analysis was done. The study reported no significant difference in time perspective and psychological well being in different sectors
i.e. public and private. The study let to the promotion of ideal balance time perspective.

Macro-Structure for Developing Character Strengths

Developed 1-2-3 Character Strength Finder for 5th to 8th graders, studying in New York. It enhances creativity, writing and understanding of oneself through three easy steps and takes an hour to complete. It helps to express, share, identify, and reflect on ones character strengths. It leads to inculcation of curiosity, social intelligence, and positivity among students. This macro structure works on a monthly basis to celebrate the character strength one has and to improve the least explored character strength.

Role of Authentic Happiness at Workplace

Researched the importance of positive emotions at workplace. Most people have preconceived ideas and misconceptions about happiness and positive emotions. This project helped to clear the myths of life circumstances, and paved way for virtues like gratitude, savoring, and emotional intelligence leading to positivity at workplace.

Effect of Traumatic Experiences in Childhood on Personality

Researched on the types of traumatic experiences; its symptoms, causes, cues, and consequences, in the first month of the project. Next step was to analyze relevant case studies from which a sample of 6 victims was drawn. Appropriate therapies were applied for a month on the sample in order to modify and transform their personalities. The project concluded with remarkable changes in the levels of their confidence, self-esteem and self-expression.
